We had a family gathering over Thanksgiving with our 3 twenty something children. Our son recently relocated to the Boston area. Tony and Jackie have a wonderful place. The pictures are beautiful but still don't do it justice. Everything was perfect from the welcome gift basket, a pumpkin pie, fully equipped kitchen, and homey comforts we were set! Even in late November we found lots to do in the Boothbay area (without the crowds) and coming back to the cottage was welcoming and cozy!

My husband and I stayed in the Back Bay Cottage Penthouse for a week late summer. This place will not disappoint! It is extremely roomy, very clean, tastefully decorated, has a great view, perfect location, and well appointed. The wine and crackers waiting for us upon arrival was appreciated and enjoyed also!

Never having been to Maine, I am so glad I selected Jackie & Tony's property for our stay in Boothbay Harbor. The photos, although quite good, do not do the space justice. It is perfect for two. Furnishings are in good condition and comfortable. Bright, clean, and remarkably quiet considering it is so close to everything. We could literally park our car and walk to anything we wanted to do. The footbridge across the harbor is just a few hundred yards from the property. There was a lovely welcome gift of wine, crackers, fruit and cheese when we arrived. Perfect for relaxing on the deck over the water after a long day of driving. The kitchen is small, but I knew it would be. I was able to successfully create anything we wanted there. A big plus - all the manuals to the kitchen appliances were there - so no questions about how things worked. A grill on the deck made for a nice steak dinner for one night. Favorite things...Sailing aboard the Eastwind at sunset; the harbor town waking up in the morning; learning about the Grand March of the 2013 graduates; Pemaquid Light in late afternoon and the lovely people of Boothbay Harbor, Maine. Thank you so much. We MUST come back!
